Health and safety training for PhD Students starting their education at AGH University of Science and Technology is provided in accordance with Regulation No. 36/2012 of the Rector of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow on training in the field of occupational health and safety. The training should last 4 school hours (3 clock hours) and is done in a hybrid form - 1,5 clock hours of guided independent study & 1,5 clock hours of online training carried out as a meeting on the MS Teams platform on the designated dates available below.

Please notice that in order to successfully complete H&S training with fire safety part, you must complete both forms - training on the UPEL platform and attend an online meeting on the MS Teams platform. H&S training is not passed if only one part is completed.

To log in to the upel platform you must use your login details from your email @student.agh.edu.pl or @agh.edu.pl domain. If you do not already have an AGH mail account, you can set one up at: panel.agh.edu.pl/newuser/newuser-en.php

Once you have logged in to the platform, you must sign up for training by entering password shown below.

Training dates for the second part of the HSFS training in the form of real-time online training on MS Teams, is delivered in one training sessions (1.5 hours). To successfully complete the training, please attend the one of the following meetings.

Please note that you do not have to attend all meetings on MS Teams – choose a date that suits you. Remember that in order to complete the training, you must complete the e-learning course (part 1) and participate in an online meeting on MS Teams (part 2).

During the training at the MS Teams meeting you will be asked to complete a questionnaire with your name, surname, album number and Faculty. This will allow for more efficient verification of your participation in the training.

Please note that logging in and out after a few minutes will not result in receiving any credit for attendance. It is imperative that you remain present throughout the training session to receive credit.
